"Jeronimo-Martins is a food retailer running supermarkets in Portugal and Poland with sales in excess of 10 billion Euros. The company launched a meal solutions program and in a short period of time had 6 central kitchens, 40 restaurants and ready meals for the 250 take away departments. The company retained Perspectives to turn around the Meal Solutions activity to a serious, profitable business. Perspectives covered all relevant areas and were able to improve the business from the kitchens to the restaurants, including recipes and production improvements for our central kitchens and designing our new 6000 square meter central kitchen in Lisbon. They also helped us diminish the investment by 50%, developed operations and staffing procedures for the restaurants and in general helped us determine the management information needed to control and develop the business.  It was this broad knowledge that impressed us the most and the humble no nonsense attitude of the Perspectives’ team that made this co-operation and learning a perfect experience, for which I am very grateful.
