Who is Ed Engoron? Ed Engoron has been providing services to the food and hospitality industries internationally for over thirty-five years. He holds a B.S. Architecture, an M.B.A. Business Administration, a Ph. D. Psychology all from USC. He is also a graduate of Cordon Bleu, Paris. He expanded his kitchen craft in Vienna, Beijing and Hong Kong. He is author of Choclatique: 150 Simply Elegant Desserts and Stolen Secrets. Prior to his focus on food, Ed Engoron was an award-winning Hollywood motion picture and television director and art director.
